Placing an order takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Complete Order”. And you are done! Your order is now in our system and will be processed, if the order includes a product with fabrics, someone from our team will get in touch for the fabric selection process.
Delivery takes up to 10 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).I DON’T LIKE ORDERING ONLINE. WHAT IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG?
This is a common concern we receive because unfortunately, a lot of online shops are dishonest. First off, here at Palma, you can choose to always pay on delivery. If you receive the product and don’t want it, you can refuse to take it and the shipping company will return it to us with no fees. If there’s anything wrong with the product, we have a very simple return/exchange policy. You can get your full money back or exchange the product for a similar or a different one.HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
You can exchange or return the product within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to exchange it for another product, the exchange fees will be the shipping fees only + the difference in price if any.
If you need to return it and get your money back, the return is free of charge.
